Sayla is a problem solver to her core, using a human centered design approach to realize simple solutions for complex problems. Sayla's background is the intersection of design, engineering and business, enabling her to both communicate and design for cross functional teams. Throughout her career, Sayla has had the opportunity to research and design experiences across a variety of industries including but not limited to healthcare, telecommunications, small business management and accounting. You can find Sayla initiating design research and concept prototyping on her projects, working collaboratively to deliver well rounded and creative solutions to clients and their target users.

Hannah Dardashti is an Experience Designer at Think Company, intent on communicating clearly, both visually and with words. She is an advocate for the voice of the user, turning insights into solutions that also balance the needs of the business. Thoughtfully building relationships within and across teams is an essential part of how she works. Hannah’s previous experiences in a fast-paced startup and established financial services company help her quickly adapt to the needs of the project at hand.
